The hot treatment of steel for springs is a highly specific process in technical terms, and this procedure is carried out in our furnaces. Treatments such as phosphating, mechanical zinc coating and Microgleit can be applied extremely quickly: these systems are in use at our company. Metal band thicknesses range from 0.30 mm to 7.5 mm. Pressing from 25 to 250 tons, presses for deep-drawing up to 250 tons. Each year approximately 1 billion items are produced. |
